Letter to SHO about Theft of Bicycle

Sir,
I beg to report the theft of my bicycle. Today, at about 1 p.m. I locked my bicycle outside Baluja Shoes Stores and went in to buy a pair of shoes for myself. It took me about twenty minutes to make the purchase. When I came out, I was surprised to find my bicycle missing.

It  is an ‘Atlas’. Its number is 05231. I purchased it last month from M/S. Janki Das & Sons, Esplanade Road, Delhi. My name also is written on its handle.

Kindly take early action for its recovery and oblige.
